Eighteen months after building a website for Helen Porter’s new venture as a virtual PA it was time to rebuild the site to incorporate additional pages for services and as Helen had identified her ideal customer, to design the site for them as the user. We used existing brand elements to keep a cohesive feel to the site and stay in line with her branding, these included the fonts and colours. We introduced a third colour and added 3rd party software to include an online booking system where people can book a Power Hour with Helen without leaving her website. Users can also sign up to Helen’s newsletters and updates directly from the menu bar.
Holly makes the process so easy, listened and took onboard all my ideas but also made suggestions that she felt would add value to the site. I couldn’t be happier with the end result!
