Whatever you need covered. When you book the session there is space to write what you’d like help with. We’ll work through that during the hour. Most things will be solved within an hour. If there’s a lot of things on the list I’ll let you know in advance if I think we need more than an hour and we can either book more time or choose which are the most important elements you’d like to work on.

No. Each power hour is booked and delivered as a full hour.

You’ll get the most benefit from your power hour if we’re working on a 1:1 basis. Therefore I would encourage you to book the power hour with 1:1 tuition in mind. On occasion and when it has been agreed in advance you may have another person on the call.

I’m happy to discuss your marketing strategy with you, particularly the role your website can play in marketing. This includes your website SEO, how it fits in with your Social Media marketing and connecting email software. If you’d like to use the power hour to discuss marketing please say so in the box, at the time of booking.

Yes. I’m also happy to make recommendations for software and plugins. Please mention this in the comment box at the time of booking and I’ll make sure I have all the relevant information available for you.

The power hour is an opportunity to help you learn and understand the processes behind your website. I’ll support you in how to edit, build and integrate systems on your website, leaving you more knowledgeable than before.

You’re very welcome to record the session. You can either record it directly from Zoom or I can record it and send it to you. Just let me know at the beginning of the session if you’d like to record it.

What people are saying about Power Hours

I had been advised by various people to change my website to a WordPress site but was getting so confused over everything from hosting to design.  I booked a power hour with Holly who gave me fantastic practical advice in a way I could understand so that I could get set up.  I then booked further hours with Holly to help me with how to use WordPress and she has been fantastically supportive helping me with both design and practical aspects too.  I would not have been able to do the site without Holly’s help – she is fantastic!

Caroline Green – The Talent Cycle

I have spent a number of ‘hours’ with Holly and come away feeling powerful!  (Thank Goodness).  Being totally resistant to all things techie, I do know that a part of me has to make the effort. Slowly but surely, I am learning that I can work my way around the backend of my website – with confidence and surety. Holly keeps her explanations simple and is very patiently reassuring me there is nothing sinister lurking in my WordPress Website and I am the Boss! So much so, that I am contemplating having a go at building my own website with Holly by my side.
