We can help you do this on a Zoom call.

We’ll send you the paperwork and invoice. We’ll get you booked in for a branding & content planning call.

Content capture

After the call you’ll know exactly what we need from you to build the website & we’ll agree a date for you to send it all over and us get started on the build.

The build

This will take up to 3 weeks. Once we have the website in first draft we’ll send it to you for amendments and revisions.

First draft

When the website is ready, we’ll send you a walkthrough and link so you can look around the site yourself. You can let us know your thoughts for changes while we do some final technical work.

Going live

You’re happy and it looks fabulous, this is the final stretch. We’ll discuss the launch date and process, then hand over your personalised user manual when the website is live!

Ongoing Maintenance & Support

We want your website to be a massive success and part of that is making sure the hosting is ship-shape and the maintenance is done regularly. Therefore we offer hosting and maintenance as part of the deal. You can see the monthly cost of this under the price of the website.

If you’d rather host and maintain the website yourself we can help you get setup with hosting and you’ll have all the instructions on how to manage updates in your website user manual.

How do you keep the cost of the websites low?

We manage to keep the cost of the websites low by having the framework in place already. When you choose your Simply Site, try to look beyond the colours and styling and choose the framework you like and we’ll do the rest.

We also keep the costs low by having less stages than custom build websites. Where they have weekly check-ins and clients have input into the design, Simply Sites choose their website and then see it once it’s at first draft, rather than in the development stages.

It’s the same great software and build, but scaled back to make it affordable for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Our websites are usually paid for upfront as not going back and forth with invoicing helps us to keep the costs down. However, please do get in touch if you’ve seen the website you’d love but need to discuss a payment plan to make it happen.

Is there a waiting list?

Simply Sites are built on a first come, first served basis. This means the quicker you are at booking your Simply Site and sending us the content, the higher up the queue your website build will be.

When you get in touch about your Simply Site website we’ll let you know the next available time we have for a new website build and get you booked in. Your website will be ready to go live, within 4 weeks of us starting the build.

What is included with a Simply Site?

You’ll have your very own website which is ready to start bringing in leads and making sales in your business. You’ll also receive a personalised website user manual to teach you how to use the website and, we’re always a free 15 minute Zoom call away from any queries you may have post-launch.

How do I book a website with you?

We’ll meet on Zoom and work out the best Simply Site for you. When you’ve chosen, we’ll raise an invoice and send you the Terms of Service. Once you’ve paid the invoice we’ll book you in for a branding and content planning call and book the date of your website build.

How much can the design of the Simply Site be flexed?

Simply Sites offer a framework, starting point for us to build the site. We can flex the framework changing colours, backgrounds, column setup, swap out elements etc so it fits you entirely. We can also add in or remove sections to fit your content. To show how much they flex, take a look at this website, which is using the Clarity framework, but not as you’ve seen it before!

What’s the difference between a Simply Site and a Custom Build?

Custom build websites are fully customised from the ground up, for the person commissioning it. We literally start with a blank page and some design ideas and go from there. They’re also a more detailed, collaborative experience where clients get more input into personalising the design.

With Simply Sites you choose the framework of the website you like the most and we’ll take it from there. The experience is streamlined with less back and forth collaboration.

We use the same premium software whether you order a Simply Site or a Custom Build so you can be assured of having the highest quality website whichever you choose.

Can you build online shops?

Yes we can. We’ll walk through what you need, on Zoom so you’re fully informed of all the options and can make the best decision for you.

Please note that there may be additional charges for software and setup. We’ll make sure you’re fully aware of these prior to starting the build.

Can you build me a membership website?

Yes we can. There are different software solutions for membership facilities on the websites and we’ll run through these with you on a Zoom call to make sure we’re making the best choice for you.

Please note that there will be additional charges for both, the software and the setup and there may be ongoing annual charges for software used. We’ll make you aware of all of this, before we get started so you’re fully informed all the way.

Do I have to host my Simply Site with you?

No you don’t. Once we’ve build your website and it’s fully paid for, it’s yours. If you know early on that you’d like to host it yourself we can help you to get setup with your own hosting. When the website is ready to be published we’ll upload it to your hosting for you, or send you the files to upload yourself.

If you would like us to host and maintain your website for you, you’ll see the monthly cost of this under the price of the website. There are no tie-ins. Your website belongs to you and if you’d like to move it at any time, we’ll be happy to assist.
